  • To participate in Expedición Guaraní 2018, teams must complete the Registration Form with the team and its members information.

  • Once completed the form, and to confirm registration, payment must be made within one of the Registration Deadlines. The teams will appear in the list upon completion of payment.

 

 

 

Registration Price

 

Expedition Race (4 people)
 

  • Discount Price: US$2200 - from May 23th to November 30th, 2017

  • Standard Price: US$2400 - from December 1st, 2017 to January 31st, 2018

  • Price Surcharge: US$2600 - from Frebuary 1st to March 4th, 2018

 

This amount includes:

 

  • 4 nights accommodation free of charge, the 6th in Asuncion and the 7th, 8th and 14th in Encarnacion.

  • Transfers to and from the Silvio Pettirossi International Airport, Asuncion (ASU)

  • Translation help for the teams that require it.

  • Bicycle mechanic service before and after the race.

  • Food and drink (hot and cold) on transitions.

  • Logistical support for the race (no assistance required).

  • Specialized equipment: kayaks, ropes ...

  • Official race bibs.

  • Commemorative T-shirt .

  • Waterproof and updated maps, passport, and Race Book.

  • Satellite tracking of the team during the race.

  • Welcome lunch.

  • Dinner and final party of the race.

  • Photos and videos of the race.

 

 

Adventure Race (4 people)
 

  • Discount price: US$1000 - until january 15th, 2018

  • Standard Price: US$1200 - from January 16th to march 4th, 2018

  • Standard Price 2 people teams: US$600 - from January 16th to march 4th, 2018

 

This amount includes:

Return Policy

 

  • A Return of 85% with a cancellation notice until January 31st, 2018

  • A return of 50% with a cancellation notice until March 4th, 2018

  • No refunds after March 4th, 2018
